Giant Sushi Cake!~
This is a moist chocolate cake with a layer of home-made white chocolate icing in between.
The “seaweed” is made out of home-made dark chocolate icing.
Each grain of “rice” is individually piped with regular icing.
The “Wasabi” is just regular icing mixed with a drop of green food colouring.
The “Ikura”/”roe” is made out of orange flavoured jelly. (:
